Refund & Exchange
At Bend The Trend, we want you to love every product you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. What We Offer
• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Exchanges are available only if:
• You received the wrong product
• The product is damaged or broken on arrival
• All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
• The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
• It must show no signs of tampering
• You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
3. Missing or Damaged Products
If an item appears missing or damaged:
• Please share a full unboxing video showing the unopened package, the unsealing process, and the product(s) inside
• Without this video, we may not be able to process a replacement
4. How to Request an Exchange
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
We will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
5. Timeline & Processing
• Once approved, allow up to 7 working days for processing and dispatch of your exchange
• If the exact product is out of stock, we will offer a similar product or store credit
6. Shipping Costs
• Faulty or incorrect items: We cover all courier fees (both ways)
• Other eligible exchanges: Customer is responsible for shipping fees
7. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged
• Products opened or used
• Products damaged by misuse
• Items requested for exchange after 7 days from delivery
